FAQs
Don't see the answer to your question?
Are Tumble Rugs non-Toxic?
Yes, Tumble Rugs are non-Toxic and are rigorously tested to the US safety standards at a CPSC approved testing laboratory and are California Prop 65 compliant. Tumble rugs are free of harmful chemicals such as PFCs (including PFOA and PFOS, which are commonly found in waterproof coatings), VOCs, Lead, Phthalates, Formaldehyde, Formamide, and Dichloromethane (commonly found in other washable rugs).
Can a Tumble Rug be used with a different Rug pad?
No. We do not recommend using a Tumble Rug with different rug pads.
How do I wash or clean my Tumble Rug?
While a Tumble Rug is low maintenance compared to most rugs, care is necessary to maximize its longevity.
We recommend the following steps:
Step 1: Remove the rug and put it in the wash with the design side facing out.
Step 2: Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with the design facing outwards. Do not use detergent that contains bleach.
Step 3: We highly recommend hang drying (the rugs should dry fairly quickly). If this is not an option, tumble dry on low heat. Do not use fabric softener.
Pro Tip! You may add ½ cup of white vinegar to your detergent to help neutralize pet odors.

Can I vacuum my Tumble?
Yes, you can vacuum your Tumble on the lowest setting (without use of a beater brush). Avoid vacuuming the sewn edges of the rug.
We advise against the use of autonomous robot vacuums in order to avoid damaging the edges and corners of your rug.
